I ship orders out usually within 1-4 days. It can sometimes be longer depending on how busy I am since I am just one person! When I have a large shop update (for example a stadium bag update) it can take me up to about 4 weeks to ship all orders out, I hope you understand.

I ship from The Netherlands, these are some estimated delivery times:

Within The Netherlands 1-3 days

Countries in Europe 1-2 weeks

Everywhere outside of Europe 2-3 weeks

lost orders

I am not responsible for lost packages, once it is out of my hands there's sadly nothing I can do! If you have any questions about an order that might be lost, I can do my best to track it down or contact the shipping courier. Send me an email if that's the case.
