Please note that once I shipped your order out, It’s not possible to ask for a refund. However, it is of course possible to ask for a refund or a change in your order before I shipped them out. Just mail me at pinpinbungee@gmail.com! When your items arrive and there seems to be an issue with them, please contact me and we'll figure it out together!
PREORDERED items are not refundable, even before I received them from my manufacturor and shipped them out. This is because I use preorders to fund them into being made, I hope you understand.
PREORDERS
Note that once you preorder an item, it still needs to be made. this can take some time, think about 4 - 6 weeks for pins, bags take a up to 5 months to be completed! Once I have the product in stock, I will put the rest of the items available on my shop so don't worry if you didn't preorder the product, there is still an oppertunity to get it :)
SHIPPING
Because tracked shipping is very expensive (around €16) I choose to not ship with tracking to make things cheaper for you. From the bright side, your item(s) will come as a surprise!
All bag orders do include tracking. They are more expensive this way but I want to make extra sure they'll arrive safely to your homes <3
RETURNS
It's not possible to return an item you've received. Please be sure of your order! It's different when there's an issue with your order, if that's the case please contact me through this site or mail me pinpinbungee@gmail.com.
